What this scanner catches

The stock was falling, but the EMA structure is starting to curl.

The best signals are not fully confirmed uptrends. They are stocks where the prior downtrend is losing force. EMA21 velocity can still be negative, but acceleration must be turning positive. EMA9 should curl higher first, price should reclaim short-term trend, and volume should confirm the shift.

Inflection candidates

The point is not to chase stocks that already look obvious. The scanner ranks stocks where falling trend pressure is beginning to fade and short-term EMA structure is improving.
